This client’s bathroom was not only outdated but it had an odd layout that didn’t function well for a family. We completely gutted this bathroom, leaving only the upper drywall. We added true beadboard to the lower half, hexagon tile floor, a deep soaker tub, farmhouse style fixtures and a beautiful antique dresser that we turned into a dream vanity. Keeping the drawers fully functional for extra storage.

Upon demo, we discovered that the build out behind the toilet was there to hide rotting and uneven flooring. Surprises can arise with renovations, especially in older homes. It’s important to ensure such surprises are not only fixed 100%, but also keeping the client in the know the entire time. They now have a beautiful and functional space to enjoy.
