It all begins with an idea. Our clients envisioned turning this summer cottage into their year round home. They were able to look past the overgrown trees and small footprint that it was and see the beautiful home it could be.
Full visuals with great design.
After turning their architectural plans into 3D renderings, we were able to play around with design and exterior selections before purchasing. These clients were able to see what their new home would look like with vinyl siding, cement board etc. Ultimately loving the look of cedar siding with cedar shake accents. Along with exterior selections, we designed a custom deck, which included both an open pergola and fully covered area for cooking under when the unpredictable Alberta weather strikes.
When the vision comes to life.
From a small summer cottage, to a year round living oasis. This renovation included adding on a master bedroom, a large 5 piece ensuite, a new laundry room, mechanical room and a complete kitchen renovation. When the 12’ sliding glass doors open to the 46’ wide custom deck, it allows for extended indoor/outdoor living to entertain guests in the summer months while taking in the beautiful mountain views all year long.
